Isebenza Kanjani I-Pneumatic Actuated Ball Valve

A I-Pneumatic Actuated Ball Valveingenye yamavalvu azenzakalelayo asetshenziswa kakhulu ezinhlelweni zokuphatha uketshezi lwezimboni. IIsimiso sokusebenza se-valve yebhola eqhutshwa umoya silula kodwa sidinga ukuhlanganiswa okunembile. Nansi inqubo yesinyathelo ngesinyathelo:

5. Ukujikeleza kwebhola: Isiqu sevalvu sijikeleza ibhola (ngokuvamile kusuka ku-90° kusukela ekuvulekeni ngokuphelele kuya ekuvalekeni ngokuphelele). Ibhola linembobo eyindilinga - lapho imbobo ihambisana nepayipi, ivalvu ivulekile; uma ijikeleziswa ku-90°, ubuso obuqinile bebhola buvimba ukugeleza.

6. Ukuvala: Izihlalo ezithambile (PTFE, TFM, noma Devlon) noma izihlalo zensimbi zicindezela ibhola ukuqinisekisa ukuthi livalwa ngokuqinile. Ngezicelo zokushisa okuphezulu (>200°C), amavalvu ebhola afakwe insimbi ane-graphite packing ayadingeka - i-PTFE izokhukhuleka futhi ivuze.

3. Ikhono lokuphepha

Ama-actuator okubuyisela intwasahlobo ahambisa ngokuzenzakalelayo i-valve aye endaweni ephephile (evulekile noma evaliwe) lapho umoya noma ugesi uphela. Lokhu kuyimfuneko ephoqelekile ezinhlelweni eziningi zokuphepha (SIL 2/3).

4. Ukugcinwa okuphansi kanye nokuphila isikhathi eside kwenkonzo

Isiphetho

I-valve yebhola eqhutshwa umoya isebenza ngokuguqula umoya ocindezelwe ube ukunyakaza okujikelezayo, okuguqula ibhola ukuze liqale noma limise ukugeleza. Impendulo yalo esheshayo, ukuphepha kokuqhuma, kanye nomklamo ophephile kuyenza ibe ukukhetha okuthandwayo kuzo zonke izimboni zikawoyela negesi, ukwelashwa kwamanzi, ukudla neziphuzo, kanye namakhemikhali.

Ngaphambi kokuthi ucacise ivalvu yebhola eqhutshwa umoya ohlelweni lwakho, qinisekisa njalo:

• I-torque edingekayo (evulekile/evaliwe) uma kuqhathaniswa nokukhipha kwe-actuator

• Ikhwalithi yomoya (ubuncane be-ISO 8573‑1 Class 4.4.3)

• Indlela engaphephile (umoya ozovula noma umoya ozovala)
