It can be used to control the flow of various types of fluids such as air, water, steam, various corrosive media, mud, oil, liquid metal and radioactive media.

Types of NSW industrial pipeline valves

The working conditions in industrial pipelines are complex, so NSW designs, develops, and produces various types of valves for different use environments to meet the functions and requirements that users need during use.

SDV Valves

The pneumatic plug valve only needs to use the pneumatic actuator to rotate 90 degrees with the air source, and the rotating torque can be closed tightly. The chamber of the valve body is completely equal, providing a direct flow path with almost no resistance to the medium.

Ball Valves

The valve core is a round ball with a hole. The plate moves the valve stem so that the ball opening is fully open when it is facing the axis of the pipeline, and it is fully closed when it is turned 90°. The ball valve has certain adjustment performance and can close tightly.

Butterfly Valves

The valve core is a circular valve plate that can rotate along a vertical axis vertical to the axis of the pipeline. When the plane of the valve plate is consistent with the axis of the pipe, it is fully open; when the plane of the butterfly valve plate is perpendicular to the axis of the pipe, it is fully closed. Butterfly valve body length is small and flow resistance is small.

Plug Valve

The shape of the valve plug can be cylindrical or conical. In cylindrical valve plugs, the channels are generally rectangular; in tapered valve plugs, the channels are trapezoidal. Among other things, DBB plug valve is a very competitive product of our company.

Gate Valve

It is divided into open stem and concealed stem, single gate and double gate, wedge gate and parallel gate, etc., and there is also a knife type gate valve. The gate valve body size is small along the direction of water flow, the flow resistance is small, and the nominal diameter span of the gate valve is large.

Globe Valve

It is used to prevent the backflow of the medium, uses the kinetic energy of the fluid itself to open itself, and automatically closes when the reverse flow occurs. It is often installed at the outlet of the water pump, the outlet of the steam trap and other places where reverse flow of fluid is not allowed. Check valves are divided into swing type, piston type, lift type and wafer type.

Pneumatic Actuator Valves

Pneumatic valves are valves that use compressed air to push multiple groups of combined pneumatic pistons in the actuator. There are two types of pneumatic actuators: rack and pinion type and Scotch Yoke Pneumatic Actuator

Electric valves

The electric valve uses an electric actuator to control the valve. By connecting to the remote PLC terminal, the valve can be opened and closed remotely. It can be divided into upper and lower parts, the upper part is the electric actuator, and the lower part is the valve.

Manual valves

By manually operating the valve handle, hand wheel, turbine, bevel gear, etc., the control components in the pipeline fluid delivery system are controlled.

Automatic valves

The valve does not require external force to drive, but relies on the energy of the medium itself to operate the valve. Such as safety valves, pressure reducing valves, steam traps, check valves, automatic regulating valves, etc.

Select by function

Cut-off valve: Cut-off valve is also called closed-circuit valve. Its function is to connect or cut off the medium in the pipeline. Cut-off valves include gate valves, globe valves, plug valves, ball valves, butterfly valves and diaphragms, etc.

Check valve: Check valve is also called one-way valve or check valve. Its function is to prevent the medium in the pipeline from flowing back. The bottom valve of the water pump suction valve also belongs to the check valve category.

Safety valve: The function of the safety valve is to prevent the medium pressure in the pipeline or device from exceeding the specified value, thereby achieving the purpose of safety protection.

Regulating valve: Regulating valves include regulating valves, throttle valves and pressure reducing valves. Their function is to regulate the pressure, flow and other parameters of the medium.

Diverter valve: Diverter valves include various distribution valves and traps, etc. Their function is to distribute, separate or mix the media in the pipeline.

Select by pressure

Globe-Valve1

Vacuum valve is a valve whose working pressure is lower than standard atmospheric pressure.

Low pressure valve is a valve with nominal pressure ≤ Class 150lb (PN ≤ 1.6 MPa).

Medium pressure valve is a valve with nominal pressure Class 300lb, Class 400lb (PN is 2.5, 4.0, 6.4 MPa).

High-pressure valves are valves with nominal pressures of Class 600lb, Class 800lb, Class 900lb, Class 1500lb, Class 2500lb (PN is 10.0~80.0 MPa).

Ultra-high pressure valve is a valve with nominal pressure ≥ Class 2500lb (PN ≥ 100 MPa).

Select by medium temperature

High temperature valves are used for valves with medium operating temperature t > 450 ℃.

Medium temperature valves are used for valves with a medium operating temperature of 120°C.

Normal temperature valves are used for valves with a medium operating temperature of -40 ℃ ≤ t ≤ 120 ℃.

Cryogenic valves are used for valves with a medium operating temperature of -100 ℃ ≤ t ≤ -40 ℃.

Ultra-low temperature valves are used for valves with medium operating temperature t < -100 ℃.
