✧ Description

Y Strainer is an indispensable filter device in the pipeline system of conveying media. Y-type filter is usually installed at the inlet end of pressure reducing valve, pressure relief valve, fixed level valve or other equipment to remove impurities in the media to protect the normal use of valves and equipment. Y-type filter has the characteristics of advanced structure, low resistance, convenient blowdown and so on. Y-type filter applicable media can be water, oil, gas. Generally, the water network is 18 to 30 mesh, the ventilation network is 10 to 100 mesh, and the oil network is 100 to 480 mesh. The basket filter is mainly composed of nozzle, main pipe, filter blue, flange, flange cover and fastener. When the liquid enters the filter blue through the main pipe, the solid impurity particles are blocked in the filter blue, and the clean fluid is discharged through the filter blue and the filter outlet.

When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the electric controller gives the hydraulic control valve and the drive motor signal to trigger the following actions: The motor drives the brush to rotate, cleaning the filter element, while the control valve is opened for sewage discharge, the whole cleaning process only lasts for tens of seconds, when the cleaning is finished, the control valve is closed, the motor stops rotating, the system returns to its initial state, and begins to enter the next filtration process. After the equipment is installed, the technical personnel will debug, set the filtration time and cleaning conversion time, and the water to be treated will enter the body by the water inlet, and the filter will start to work normally
